Wyvern Lord Rank: II Petitioner: Sherral, Rabanastre/Amal's weaponry Reward: 1000 Gil, Long Bow, Shell Shield |
The Wyvern Lord is an aerial foe, so bring in a party with ranged weapons. You could also utilize Larsa, when he is a visiting member of the party, since he has Telekinesis in his arsenal.
Defeating the other enemies before you take on the mark is a great benifit. Though he doesn't run off and gather them, they can still come into battle. This will make things difficult for the party. The wyvern Lord uses Aero a lot, so equip Wind Breakers on as many of the party members as you can. If you do not have any, make sure to keep the party healed. The fourth party member, especially if it is Larsa is a great asset to the fight, and will make it very quick as well. |

Enkelados Rank: II Petitioner: Low Chief Sugumu, Elderknoll/Jarhara Reward: 1100 Gil, Ether, Golden Amulet (Errmonea Leaf) |
In order for this mark to appear, you will need to get rid of all the Wu's in the area. Complete this task, leave, and re-enter the area. The Enkelados begins the fight with Protect and Shell, so have someone set with a gambit to dispel the effects. He may recast them, but the gambit will drop it immediately after. Keep two fighters back with range weapons, so as to avoid any hits from the giant. Enkelados's Spin Kick is very powerful, and can do massive damage. Ifthe fighters are out of range, they will get missed. Do not worry about casting any protective spells or Bravery on your party, as the beast will negate them instantly. He is not about to let you have the upper hand on this fight. If you find that you are not winning the fight, leave the area, and level up a bit, then try again.
*Note*There is a chance of a problem when you take on this mark. Sometimes the Rare game enemy Aeros might appear, while you are fighting Enkelados. This could become devistating to your party, even in levels 20 and 30. Be aware of the surroundings at all times, and watch out for this guy. |

Croakadile Rank: II Petitioner: Sadeen, Giza Plains/Rainy Season Reward: 1200 Gil, Serpent Rod, Teleport Stone (Ring of the Toad) |
This is another straight forward fight. Hit the guy with your main attacker, while the raged ones provide support and healing. Fire magick works wonders in the fight, or you could bring out Belias to deal out some damage. When near death, Croakadile will use Growing Threat to double it level. This is a great time to hit it with a Quickening Chain to end the battle.
When you return the Ring of Toad to Sadeen, he will ask that you deliver it to elder Brunoa in the Village. wait until the Dry Season, and give it to her. She will speak of Sadeen, and provide a small bit of story. Return to Sadeen durring the next rain, to complete the story. |

Ixtab Rank: II Petitioner: High Chief Zayalu, Elderknoll/Jahara Reward: 1300 Gil, Ether, Soulpowder |
Ixtab uses Stop frequently, so make sure to have a couple or all of the party members equiped with Power Amulets to negate the effect. Ixtabs only weakness is Holy, so if you have a weapon with the element, or Holy Motes, bring them in for added damage. Ixtab will occasionally hit you with Doom, so be ready to use a Remedy (If you unlocked Remedy Lore 3) to counter the timer. He will teleport about the area, but not out of sight. Keep up with him, and keep everyone healthy. |
